Lina has 20 years of experience in acquiring, developing, and promoting real estate developments around Singapore. She gained initial experience as a Key Executive Officer at a leading Singapore-based real estate business, VIP Realtors Pte Ltd, promoting landmark industrial developments in Singapore to clients. Lina now oversees the company’s research strategies and product structure.

With over 15 years of experience in various fields, Venn brings with him a wealth of expertise that enables him to serve his clients. Having been in leadership roles in the fields of banking and finance, banking management, product structuring and business advisory, Venn has consistently delivered results in his tenure in OCBC Bank, UOB Bank, CIMB Bank, State Bank of India and as a Director in Projects in Crowe.

Kevin has worked in both family office and wealth preservation roles for almost 6 years. He began his career as a portfolio advisor and has extensive experience in trading, banking, and investment due diligence. He manages investment funds, combining financial expertise, analytical skills, and market knowledge to deliver superior returns and manage risk for clients and investors.

Lydia began her career as an auditor and has 6 years of experience as an external auditor with KPMG. She led and managed statutory audits of various SGX listed companies and MNCs across a broad range of industries, including manufacturing, shipping, construction, hospitality, and municipal projects in China. She continued her career by holding leadership roles with Marina Bay Sands for over 13 years. Lydia is a Chartered Accountant of Singapore (CA Singapore) and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance from Curtin University, Australia.
